Overview

AssuredPartners in Seattle is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to lead organizational efforts in change management, communication, and training for new technologies used by sales professionals with an emphasis on Salesforce. Your focus will be on driving sales engagement and Salesforce adoption, owning key behavioral metrics, and making user experience improvement recommendations.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a change management strategy using the ADKAR methodology
  • Research organizational trends, behaviors, and cultural norms, providing recommendations for overcoming adoption barriers
  • Lead and oversee initiatives and projects, such as training, campaigns, and contests amongst our agencies and field leadership
  • Manage user/champion groups to ensure constant user feedback
  • Translate technical concepts into business-friendly workflows for sales professionals
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to align new initiatives/campaigns/contests with sales technology
  • Develop key metrics to assess change management and adoption
  • Effectively communicate efforts, metrics, progress, and hurdles to stakeholders
  • Dotted line to Sales Senior Leadership for project management 
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 5 years of insurance experience (10 years preferred), including experience managing projects and initiatives
  • Experience in cross-functional organizations with a focus on influencing and presenting well-researched options to business challenges
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and change management practices, Prosci Change Management Certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in standard business applications
  • Experience with Salesforce products is required
