Overview

The Administrative Coordinator performs a variety of clerical functions including typing, data entry, scanning, copying, and may support Receptionist or other personnel.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the daily operations of the mailroom, including receiving mail, sorting, scanning, processing and distribution of mail and packages.
  • Assist staff with mail-related inquiries.
  • Focuses on gaining knowledge of mail services to improve processes.
  • Process outgoing overnight items and deliver incoming envelopes/light packages through Fedex
  • Provides reception assistances such as answering telephones and greeting visitors
  • Assist with onsite events
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate supply inventory including restocking paper, printer assistance, and scanning support
  • Assist with projects, reports, and other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

  • High School Diploma or GED and previous related administrative working experience and/or training preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and diligent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and able to prioritize tasks effectively and timely. 
  • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
