The P&C Workflow & Testing Manager plays an integral part in the design and development of system workflows for the P&C department, inclusive of Large Commercial, Small Business, Surety, and Personal Lines. They design testing strategies aimed at identifying feedback with regards to challenges in the end-to-end process, relevancy of technical application to insurance SOPs, and level of impact to the end user’s day to day utilization of the system. Throughout the design process, they ensure that all needed workflows are designed with specific, and line of business relevant, scenarios identified to partner with training and instructional design to help document the process and guide the user through the workflow.
