As a member of the growing Meetings & Events Team at our Corporate Headquarters, the Meeting and Events Coordinator will assist with the coordination, planning, and execution of the company’s Corporate and Regional meetings from conception to completion. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing, coordinating, and managing events across the US. A successful candidate will demonstrate excellent professional and interpersonal communication skills, strategic planning skills, and the ability to troubleshoot when things don’t go according to plan. Our Event Coordinators “run the show,” navigating each essential step in the event process alongside the Meetings & Events Team. This is an exciting opportunity with room for growth for someone that is a professional team player, has a high attention to detail, is extremely organized and accurate, and has a passion for learning more within the event and hospitality industry.
