As our Financial Services Representative you will provide on-going education to plan participants of 401(k), 403(b) and 457 plans including one-on-one financial services training and group-led education meetings.

• Delivering excellent financial education to participants from a wide variety of financial backgrounds. This includes creation of powerpoints, marketing flyers, educational themes, and topics.
• Delivery of presentations in group-led meetings both virtually and through webinar.
• Delivery of individual financial wellness concepts virtually, through webinar, and through various planning software.
• Maintaining a calendar/schedule of educational topics for delivery to clients.
• Scheduling meetings and providing for on-going availability.
• Following up with individuals and clients after meetings.
• Some travel is required - anticipated to be 4-5 days per month.

• Bachelors plus three or more years of relevant work experience.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 or FINRA Series 7 and 66 are required.
• Life and Health License is required.
• Knowledge of financial services is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills.
