AssuredParnters of Lake Mary is seeking an Insurance Placement Marketing Coordinator for Commercial Lines.  The role will assist the Marketing team by preparing and processing documents and information for new business prospects and clients.

• Assist in preparation of marketing accounts in collaboration with senior marketing executives and producers.
• Quotes submissions using online carrier rating systems. Maintains marketing database including customer/prospect files.
• Assist in creating proposals to prospective clients.
• Maintains agency management system with necessary client documents and information.
• Gather appropriate proposal information from carriers and vendors.
• Track the hit ratio of new business.
• Enters accurate client information into system applications.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of commercial lines insurance experience
• Must obtain appropriate license within 6 months of hire
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Tech savvy; ability to learn multiple technical systems
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
