• Provide professional, unparalled customer service to our clients, carriers, agents, and vedors.
• Provide support to the Benefit Consultants, Account Managers, Healthcare Coordinators and Group Benefit Coordinators.
• Advocate on behalf and represent our clients and their employees with carriers, vendors, and within our internal processes. 
• Process and confirm enrollments, terminations, changes, retroactivities for both medical and group benefits. 
• Perform billing audits, reconciliations, including but not limited to rates and enrollments through working closely with carriers. 
• Claims advocacy as needed. 
• Other duties as assigned
• Adminstrative duties not limited to printing, sorting mail, and shipment of open enrollment materials.

• Desire to learn & grow with us  
• 1-3 years of related experience
• Willingness to obtain appropriate Life and Health license within 6 months of hire, with our support  
• Strong organization and written/verbal communication skills  
• Demonstrated customer service focus  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar systems, including spreadsheets, email, word processing, and presentation software
