Overview

The Agency Process Improvement Manager works with the field and internal resources to optimize agency performance, productivity, and performance with a goal of improving the employee and client experience. They work with regions and agencies to identify the needs of the organization for our service teams and crafts actionable plans and deliverables to address these needs. They work closely with Regional and Agency Operations Leaders, IT, Corporate Retail Operations, and Data & Analytics to create and test KPI reports for accuracy, relevancy, and ensure there is measurable action that can be taken from identified metrics. In addition, they work closely with the Data, RPA, and AI team to design, test, and roll out automations and processes for our end-users within our P&C and EB agency management systems that enable improved data analytics, reporting, efficiency, and productivity.

What You'll Do

  • Identify automation opportunities for current manual processes related to completing workflows within the agency management system.
  • Partner with the IT RPA Leader to design, test, and implement automations throughout the organization focused on increased productivity and efficiency.
  • Partner with regional and corporate leadership to establish KPIs designed to create enterprise and field value related to staffing, wholesaler consolidation opportunity, contingency maximization, service center maximization, and other operational efficiency metrics
  • Partners with the Data & Analytics team to build relevant reporting dashboards within the datalake for field KPIs related to data quality, workload analysis, E&O prevention, and agency analytics to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Design implementation plans for new reporting dashboards and automations to increase adoption, measure return on investment, and develop the enhancement roadmap.
  • Work with regions to create actionable plans to related to data quality clean up, inclusive of script opportunity, outsourcing opportunity, and other methods.
  • Partner with the Data Analytics team to ensure reference data and master data management plans are designed and executed upon, including the use of Profisee for data mapping across multiple agency management systems to enable improved analytics today, while also planning for our Gold Standard EPIC and BenefitPoint databases.
  • Ensure the future state Agency Management Systems reporting requirements, fields, and KPIs for both EB and P&C are determined and designed with the Application Support team to roll out to users upon conversion. This includes the ideal Book of Business report, Plan Listings, Client List report, Expiration report, and other AMS-level reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Travel is expected to be 20%

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Knowledge of P&C and EB insurance required
  • 3+ years of insurance operations experience; Experience leading a team preferred.
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and agency management system software; technically savvy, familiar with Power Automate, UIPath, and other automation software.
