Overview

At AssuredPartners, Our Wayne, PA office is hiring for a remote Client Operations Manager - PlanSource. In this position, you are responsible for reviewing requirements documentation to build the Plansource administration platform, testing sites to go live, updating sites for open enrollment, testing new system functionality, and coordinating internal teams to ensure internal teams have what they need for accurate data imports, EDI file testing, billing administration, and COBRA administration.

What You'll Do

 

  • Configuration for new clients including company organization, benefit policies, and applicable software integrations.
  • Coordination with clients and carriers for annual renewals including benefit system updates, testing, and EDI files.
  • Data entry during configuration process for new clients and renewals.
  • Assist in data integrity reporting by identifying, researching, and resolving data discrepancies. This includes demographic, enrollment, billing, and payroll data.
  • Support team in ad hoc reporting activities.
  • Identify, research, and resolve system related issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance plan rules for all plans including but not limited to health, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client organization and policies as they relate to benefit and payroll system configuration.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing of self-serve webs and system enhancements.
  • Represent AP Benefit Advisors in a positive and professional fashion with both internal and external customers.
  • Contribute to the team goals by accomplishing related projects.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
  • Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure in a deadline driven environment.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or equivalent work experience
  • One year of experience on Plansource preferred
  • Insurance knowledge of health, life, and disability plans preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products – strong Excel skills required
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interact with internal and external customers
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Ability to meet operational deadlines and manage timelines
