The Commercial Lines Client Services Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing client service plans to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with internal teams, leverage technology, and drive continuous improvement to enhance the overall client experience.

What You'll Do

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.

 

  • Develop and implement client service plans and strategies to align with the company's business objectives and meet client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and product development, to gather insights and feedback to inform client service initiatives.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client service processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and feedback, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs and priorities.
  • Lead strategic projects and initiatives aimed at improving client service delivery, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement client communication strategies, including newsletters, updates, and surveys, to keep clients informed and engaged.
  • Train and mentor client services team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery and client interactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in client services, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve.

What You'll Need

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications or advanced degrees preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Appropriate securities licenses/designation or willingness to obtain within a specific timeframe.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products, investment strategies, financial planning concepts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients, team members, and advisors.
  • Proficiency in wealth management systems and CRM software.
