AssuredPartners in Wichita, Kansas, is looking to add to the team in our Aerospace Division! 


An Account Manager is responsible for account support at the direction of the senior team members.The Account Manager provides customer service by handling the day-to-day operations of clients' insurance need and works to support delivery proper insurance and risk management services for clients. As one of the fastest growing Property & Casualty Insurance Brokers in the US, we are happy to train and develop those with an interest in growing a career in the insurance industry. What You'll Do

  • Client Support
    • Maintains accurate client information to provide day-to-day client support and address intermediate-level client inquiries.
    • Assists in the development of strong business relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel. Recognizes and satisfies carrier goals and objectives to enhance business relationships.
  • Account Management
    • Maintains files with proper records according to company procedures. Follows company procedures in order to achieve positive audit results.
    • Ensures accuracy of account information for both new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy in rating, coverage, signatures, and enters these
      transactions to generate billing invoices in a timely manner.
    • Reviews all premium audits according to Agency procedures recognizing that the Agency must process in a timely manner.
    • Reviews accounts receivable report for all assigned accounts to support client retention.
  • Insurance Expertise
    • Leverages technical knowledge to ensure carrier quotes are received in a timely fashion; Reviews quotes for gaps and assists with inquiries from the carrier.
    • Attend training and seek self-directed learning to continue education in industry and technical knowledge.

What You'll Need

  • Active Property and Casualty License, preferred. 
  • Previous Aviation experience a plus
  • 2 + years of commercial insurance experience preferred, preferably in a broker or agency setting.
  • Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Agency Management software - preference to those with EPIC or Sagitta experience
