AssuredPartners of Colorado is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join their growing team in Denver!  This is a wonderful opportunity to transition into managing a book of business, collaborating with Benefits Subject Matter Experts, and creating meaningful relationships with clients and carriers.


As the Employee Benefits Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Account Executive and Sales Team and provide exceptional day-to-day service to our customers. We work across all coverage lines, have access to a variety of markets and always look to provide thoughtful solutions to our customers and their employees.

  • Strategic management of assigned book partnering with the Producer to understand clients' needs and developing benefit programs accordingly; Coordinates and ensures a smooth transition process for new clients. 
  • Manage day-to-day service including claims, billing, eligibility, and service issues.
  • Properly set expectations for issue resolution, monitor progress and communicate outcomes.
  • Deliver enrollment, benchmarking, financial and utilization data based on financial review standards and provide recommendations. 
  • Educate and assist clients regarding the regulatory environment and compliance issues. 
  • Proactively communicate and guide clients through renewal processes, marketing, negotiations, implementation, etc.
  • Maintain and foster client and carrier relationships.


  • 3+ years of employee benefits insurance or related experience.
  • Active Life and Health license, required.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred.               



Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $55,000 - $80,000 (commensurate upon experience)
